JCI UK Inspiration Day 2015

Come and join us in Manchester on the 31st January 2015 for JCI UK Inspiration Day 2015.

JCI Manchester are delighted to be hosting Inspiration Day 2015.  This will be an opportunity for you to come and meet your new national board and find out how you can help with the theme for 2015.

 'Feel Proud', as well as finding out what the rest of 2015 will hold for JCI UK and how you can be involved.

The day is jam packed with two very inspiring speakers taking the floor, followed by a team building / networking historical tour around Manchester and the many public houses it has to offer. Inspiration day is a fantastic opportunitiy for all chambers chambers to socialise and interact in a more informal setting but also learning more about what Manchester has to offer.

Tickets are just £38 (£45 for non JCI members) per person and include morning refreshments, buffet style lunch, afternoon refreshments as well as reserving your place for the fantastic programme of the day.

Our Speakers

Vikas Shah

Vikas Shah is an experienced award-winning entrepreneur and strategist who has, for the past 15 years, built businesses in sectors ranging from design & technology, to textiles & commodities, brands, professional services, film, media and leisure. Joy Kingsley  

JCI Senator Joy Kingsley is senior partner at JMW LLP specialising in business development and law firm management. Joy was President of JCI Manchester in 1991 at which time Manchester boasted membership numbers over 100 and the UK membership was over 500. Joy is also:

  • Recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2008 Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for Awards
  • Declared to be one of the 10 most innovative lawyers in the UK by the Financial Times in July 2007

The Evening

In the evening, for those that want to stay on in Manchester, there will be an evening meal followed by a few drinks. If you would like to attend, please let the organisers know. Exact details will be released once we have an idea of numbers.

The Palace Hotel set in the heart of Manchester and is easily accessible by rail, bus, tram and airport links - there really is no need to bring the car into the city! The Palace Hotel is situated directly opposite Oxford Road Station, is within walking distance of Piccadilly Station and St Peter's Square tram station and is just a short journey from Manchester International Airport.
