Impostor syndrome is a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their accomplishments, and has a persistent internalised fear of being exposed as a “fraud”.
It’s a feeling most of us have faced, at least once, and is one of the most common self-sabotage patterns and could contribute to anxiety in young professionals and successful business leaders.
How do we reprogram this mindset and overcome imposter syndrome? This session with Martin will explore:
- The biology of doubting yourself and what to do about it.
- Overcoming resistance to success
- Practising self awareness
- Transforming your inner world
- Inner coaching yourself
- Managing your emotions
- Inspire with purpose & motivate with a mission
A former Special Forces soldier and trouble-shooter, Martin has formed and trained special project teams worldwide to effectively combat terrorism and narcotics smuggling. Through study and intense reflection, Martin has converted this skill-set into leading-edge, dynamic leadership, team and personal development training.
