As part of our Health and Wellbeing events this year JCI Manchester will be hosting a series of yoga classes with Charlotte Tassaker Yoga.

Join us for our first ever tea light yoga session to relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. Let Charlotte help reduce your anxiety levels with these classes, which are calm and restorative and will focus on the breath and slow movements, reducing the by-products of stress and feelings of anxiety and help you manage them when they do occur.

Tea light yoga is open to all levels and abilities, welcoming beginners and seasoned yogis alike. We do ask that you please bring your own mat.

Tickets are limited for this event, and part of the cost of your ticket will be donated to our chosen charity Anxiety UK.
