Janine Mitchell is a corporate and personal stress management and wellbeing consultant, based in Manchester. With 15 years of experience helping people. It’s her mission to support people in making huge changes. Prior to running her own business, she’s had over 13 years of experience of being in one of the most stressed out jobs, managing caseloads of high risk male offenders.
