Join us for our first training event for our Yorkshire three peaks walking challenge in Edale!

As we train for our Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in June, JCI Manchester presents a 10km walk lead by James Alcock with stunning views of Edale in the Peak District to support Anxiety UK. Everyone (and dogs)! are welcome.

The walk will be a mix of hilly and flat paths which takes us to Lose Hill via Hollins Cross. The distance is just under 10km and at a moderate pace we will be walking for around 2.5 hours and is ideal for all levels. Please bring your own packed lunch, snacks and water to have during the walk. There is a nearby pub for food and drinks afterwards. Its a great opportunity to network with both members and non members whilst keeping fit and taking in some stunning views!

Please wear suitable walking boots, warm clothing including hats and gloves, a waterproof jacket and bring spare socks. plus any personal medication you may need.

We will meet at Edale Train Station at 10.30am to start our walk. For those coming from Manchester, We will meet at Manchester Piccadilly Train Station at 8.30am to set off at 8.45am by car (please let us know if you would like to drive or require a lift). Alternatively a rail replacement bus leaves at 08.45 from Piccadilly.

Your ticket includes a guided walk through Edale. Please note transport costs, walking kit, food & drink are not included. All proceeds from the ticket price go to Anxiety UK.
